A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of shooting with my friend and fellow blogger, Miss Sarah Chan. She's pretty much the cutest thing ever (right?!) and she makes riding a bike look oh-so good... And can we just talk about the fact that homegirl can cycle in heels? Because I think that deserves an award of some kind, but I digress.

We met for chai, loaded up the bikes with some cute bits and bobs (a big thank you to RedBike for letting me borrow this beautiful Pashley Sonnet Bliss!) and set out on a photo adventure with the help of our pal Jerry. There were laughs, leaf tossing (which is harder than it looks, let me tell you) and Gossip Girl references made on school steps. And for the record, you CAN eat yogurt on the steps with us at lunch � we're nice like that. xx

{Feature} Beauty in Destruction...

Sometimes the most unexpected backdrops turn out to be the best, as was the case with this construction site that my friend Jerry coaxed me onto. Despite the nagging feeling that I was doing something wrong the entire time (B&E, anyone?), it was actually one of the funnest shoots I've ever done � Rain, lightning, jagged edges and all. xx

{Feature} The Tell-Tale Heart...

There's nothing better than a good old photo adventure, even if it includes mud and more mosquito bites (in highly undesirable places) than I care to count. Luckily I have nice friends who are willing to put up with such things for the sake of getting the shot, including trudging through waist-high grass and coaxing me onto old, abandoned tractors (just for kicks) even when I'm being a total priss about it... What can I say, some people just belong in cities.
